Teaching
Self-Respect from the Bible’s Point of View
I learned I have a choice when it comes to
self-esteem.
My choice is to agree with the world, or to agree with
God’s Word.
I have a responsibility to pass the truth onto my
grandchildren.
I can change my thinking by asking God to renew my
mind daily.
With God all things are possible (Mark 10:27). Jesus
said it and I believe it.
Dear God as
I complete this week on teaching self-respect, I am in awe of You. I have a
healthy respect for You and Your teachings. Several places, I fall short, but I
choose You and the teachings of Your Word. Strengthen me in my inner-being so
that I may glorify You in front of my grandchildren. Putting the past behind
me, I know it is possible to renew my mind in Christ Jesus. Thank you Lord, In
Jesus Name, Amen.
